The waves teacher training consists of three ten-day modules: embodiment, expression and concentration.

When you have gathered a lot of experience with the 5 Rhythms, you can apply for this training. Pre-requisites are typically a few hundred hours of waves level, and tens of days of heartbeat, cycles, mirrors and God, sex and the body.
